How did my style of beauty boudoir and intimate photography evolve?

I began shooting boudoir the ‘normal way’ and it just wasn’t making my heart happy and excited.  I started by trying to do things the way people said it should be done. But after months and months of shooting, it clicked with me that I needed to do it my way and with my own style.  A style that made me excited about what I was doing.  A style that made my clients feel beautiful throughout the entire process.  I began shooting from my heart and with a fine art look every time I photographed a woman.  I was shooting the way I would want to be photographed myself.

This mindset is also something I apply to my other company Elle Baker Photography.  This photography company is primarily maternity, newborn, baby, and family photography and I apply the same natural and raw aesthetic to that brand as well. What do I wear?

I offer a studio wardrobe for clients to borrow during the session.  All intimate pieces are professionally laundered and available in sizes XS-L.  During our consultation I will guide and help you to pick out clothing online should you choose to purchase your own.  I love to use wraps and blankets as well during the session as it allows for movement and natural poses.
