Someone recently posted in one of my health and fitness social media groups that they are looking for ways to improve and destress their day.  I immediately started rattling off ideas and decided that I need to share those ideas with you too!  I encourage every single woman (and man) to allow your bodies, minds, and souls to just be at peace and take a load off every now and again.

Twenty-five Days of Self Love

5. Take a long deep breath
6. Do nothing (yes!)
7. Make a list of your accomplishments
8. Drink more water
9. Tell yourself what you like about yourself
10. Make yourself your favorite dish

15. Go for a walk
16. Buy a coffee for a stranger

20. Turn your phone off (Yes yes yes!)

A little about Laurie’s studio space in Homer Glen!

Laurie’s commercial studio space is located near Chicago in Homer Glen, Illinois.  The studio is used for most of her sessions including maternity and boudoir, newborn, baby milestones, and in studio family photography.  Her studio is relaxed and inviting which is a perfect environment for her to focus on your session. Sunlight fills the room with glowing light and the white walls and flooring reflects her minimalistic approach to photography.   Initial planning consultations and viewing sessions also take place in this space. Laurie of Boudoir by Elle is a Frankfort Boudoir Photographer also specializing in body positive boudoir photography in Chicago, Illinois and surrounding areas including but not limited to Naperville, Oakbrook, Burr Ridge, Hinsdale, Orland Park and Frankfort.  Her studio is located at 12544 W. 159th Street, Homer Glen, IL 60451 with office hours M-F 9am-5pm.  Boudoir sessions are a perfect bachelorette party idea, and bridal boudoir sessions are such a great gift for your groom to be.
